Very good quality, fine detailed craftsmanship. I accidentally chose the wrong color when I ordered online on a Friday night, and called them on a Saturday, and they called me back on a SUNDAY to tell me my order had already been shipped, but I could return it for a different color. I loved the little chair so much as it was, that I kept it! Even though I had ordered the wrong color, this color was just as cute and maybe even better! My granddaughter loves her little rocking chair!

The chair was exactly what I was looking for and it is even nicer than I thought it would be. My only concern is that where the arms screw into the back of the rocker, leaving two holes on the backside of the chair. If would have been finished off much nicer if wooden plugs would have been provided to glue into the openings leaving a flat, clean finish. This is the only thing wrong with the chair. Otherwise, it's perfect for our grand daughter. It is well made and of very good quality.

Chair arrived complete and undamaged. It was easily assembled and the child who received it as a 1st birthday present grinned from ear to ear as she climbed onto the seat.

Once we put it together it was good. The spindles were too large for the holes so we had to drill the holes large enough to fit it together. It took an extra 30-45 minutes to put it together than it should have. Most people would have sent it back.

Rocking Chair-A Favorite! |

Our granddaughter loved the white Jenny Lind rocking chair we purchased for her 1st birthday. She crawled right into it and I'm sure it will be a favorite of hers for years. There was a very slight crack in a piece that went on the underside. My husband called Customer Service and they were great! They sent out a replacement piece and we had it the next day. We were VERY pleased with the product and the service. Thank you!

This Jenny Lind rocking chair I ordered for my granddaughter is very treasuring. The only thing different we did was assembled with longer screws for sturdier affect. The chair is made of high quality craftsmenship. My granddaughter is learning to rock for the first time.

I ordered this rocker on Thursday 12/2. It arrived on Tuesday 12/6. I was not expecting such a quick delivery. The rocker is for my 17 month old grandson at Christmas. It was very easy to assemble, the holes lined up perfectly and the chair is beautiful. He arrived as I finished it and wanted to get right in. I will be ordering more toddler items from ebaby in the future.

Great little rocking chair |

My husband had an easy time putting the chair together. It's very attractive and seems like it will be sturdy enough for our new little granddaughter to enjoy for several years before she outgrows it. We hope it will be something she can someday share with her children!
